Thanks for booking with us!  Here’s how we roll:

  • Please note the maximum occupancy for the unit you have selected:
    • Large Nest - 20 people
    • Large Nest - with pull out bed service - 22 people
    • Small Nest - 10 people
    • Small Nest - with pull out bed service - 12 people
    • Whole HOUSE - 30 people
    • Whole HOUSE - with 2 pull outs - 34 people

*Pull out beds available upon request for an additional $40 per night.

  • There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends for the Large Nest or Whole HOUSE.
  • Guests, including all members of the rental party and any other invitees, agree to abide by The HOUSE Rules at all times while residing at the property.  This helps ensure that everyone is having the best time!  See our HOUSE rules below.
  • Our Team Host shall be permitted to enter the property for any operational business deemed necessary by the property manager.
  • A damage deposit will be required for each suite, as indicated in the fee schedule.  This deposit will be processed for refund to the same form of payment within 5 business days of the check-out date.  Fees will be withheld for:
    • Damage caused to the property or furnishings
    • Excessive mess or cleaning 
    • Any other cost incurred by the property manager to restore the property to proper condition after the guests’ stay.
  • A 20% booking deposit, along with the damage deposit, is required to hold the property.
  • Payment for rental is due in full 1 business day of the check in date. 



1. Welcome - get comfy, but please comply with The HOUSE rules throughout your stay - all good mom’s have rules!

2. Mind the noise…we like our neighbours! Please keep celebrations to a minimum and ensure that noise and outdoor lights are dimmed after 11 pm until 8 am. Be mindful that there may be occupants in an adjoining nest - let’s let everyone rest so that we can all perform our best!

3. Please abide by the maximum capacity set out in the booking agreement for overnight guests.Visitors are welcome to enjoy the space, but must comply with these rules, and total capacity of the facility must not exceed 50 people. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in police being called and immediate eviction.

4. Please dispose of all garbage and recycling in the bins provided at the rear of the property.

5. Let’s be green together - please turn off lights, A/C and other energy burning items before your departure. Please also be sure to lock up on your way out!

6. No smoking or vaping inside the property please and thanks!

7. The BBQ and outdoor fire table are for your use and enjoyment - but please be sure to turn them off and replace the covers provided.

8. Damage & breaks - things happen…but do let us know! Failure to report damage or a break will most certainly result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

9. Leave the towels for the next team…please do not take what isn’t yours. Leave towels, robes, aprons etc. behind for the next group to enjoy. If you love them
